FAQs
What types of vacations do you specialize in?
We specialize in creating unforgettable vacations across Disney, Universal, all‑inclusive resorts, and cruises, with a strong focus on crafting seamless, stress‑free experiences. While we’re known for our expertise in family travel, our services go far beyond that.
We also plan incredible vacations for:
Couples looking for romantic getaways or adults‑only escapes
Groups, including multigenerational families, friends’ trips, reunions, and celebrations
Girls’ trips, guys’ trips, and special‑occasion travel
Adult‑only all‑inclusive resorts and luxury cruises
No matter who you’re traveling with—or the style of vacation you’re dreaming of—we design personalized, well‑organized itineraries that make the entire experience effortless and memorable.
Can you help me book everything for my vacation?
As a full‑service travel advisor, I believe every vacation should feel effortless from the moment you start planning it. Travel is meant to be joyful—not overwhelming—so my job is to take the stress off your plate and handle every detail with care.
From airline tickets and hotel accommodations to theme park tickets, dining reservations, tours, all‑inclusive resorts, and cruise itineraries, I manage the entire planning process for you. You receive one point of contact, one organized plan, and full support before and during your trip.
My goal is simple:
You focus on making memories. I’ll take care of everything else.
How much do your planning services cost?
Yes — HD Magical Travel LLC charges a small Travel Design & Management Fee for most vacations we plan. This ensures that every trip receives the same level of care, attention, and professional expertise from start to finish.
Our fee allows us to provide the high‑touch service our clients expect, including:
Personalized destination and resort recommendations
Custom itinerary design
Price monitoring and guidance
Reservation management
Support before and during travel
Assistance with changes, delays, or unexpected issues
This fee is intentionally kept small and transparent, and we review it with you during your consultation so you know exactly what’s included. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value, clarity, and peace of mind for every trip you take.
How early should I start planning my vacation?
The sooner, the better! Popular destinations and travel styles—Disney, Universal, all‑inclusive resorts, and cruises—tend to fill quickly, and booking early ensures the best availability, room categories, and pricing.
For most vacations, we recommend starting the planning process 6–12 months in advance. This is especially important for:
All‑inclusive resorts, where the best room types and family suites sell out early
Cruises, which often release their lowest pricing when itineraries first open
Disney and Universal, where early booking helps secure preferred hotels and ticket options
Peak travel seasons such as Spring Break, summer, and the holidays, when demand is highest
That said, we can absolutely work with shorter timelines too. Early planning simply gives you more choices, better pricing, and a smoother overall experience.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book my vacation?
Deposit requirements vary by vendor and vacation type, but in most cases a deposit is needed to secure your reservation. We’ll guide you through exactly what’s required for your specific trip and make sure everything is handled correctly and comfortably. Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress‑free from the very first step.
What if I need to make changes to my vacation plans?
Life happens, and plans can change. If you need to adjust anything—big or small—simply reach out. We’ll take care of all modifications or cancellations on your behalf, ensuring the process stays clear, simple, and completely stress‑free for you.
