Tally the Elf isn’t just part of the parade—he’s a star. He's the guy with the clipboard in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and he’ll shout “Naughty! You’ve got 22 days!” at random guests along the route. People LOVE him, and honestly? It’s hilarious and unforgettable.

This party is Disney at its most festive—and it’s totally worth it. Think:
